Benessere Vineyards, a boutique winery in the heart of Napa Valley specializing in Italian varietals, is seeking a part-time and on-call Sales & Hospitality Associate to join our small team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about wine, enjoys connecting with guests, and thrives in a warm, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
•  Deliver exceptional hospitality during tasting experiences, tours, and private appointments.
•  Share the Benessere story and educate guests about our wines, history, and philosophy.
•  Drive sales through wine club sign-ups, daily tasting room purchases, and follow-up communication.
•  Assist with setup and breakdown of tastings, events, and special experiences.
•  Support day-to-day tasting room operations, including inventory, restocking, and cleanliness.

Qualifications
•  Previous hospitality experience preferred, restaurant experience a plus
•  Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
•  Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
•  Must be 21 years of age or older.
•  Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Schedule & Compensation
•  Part-time position, including weekends and some holidays.
•  Flexible scheduling with 1–3 shifts per week, possibly more.
•  Hourly pay $22-$27, based on experience, plus tips and quarterly sales commission
