Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vineyard Operations Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between our company and contracted vineyard management teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands viticultural operations and can effectively monitor progress, track costs, and ensure alignment with the company's long-term farming and quality goals—without directly managing field crews.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the day-to-day communication point between the company and vineyard management service providers
• Monitor weekly and seasonal vineyard activities based on submitted farming reports and schedules
• Review and validate farming invoices, labor summaries, and material usage against budgets
• Coordinate vineyard visits with company stakeholders (winemaker, viticulturist, ownership)
• Maintain clear records of vineyard progress, weather events, yields, and farming decisions
• Support decision-making regarding vineyard redevelopment, disease management, or farming improvements
• Ensure the vineyard company is adhering to agreed-upon quality and sustainability standards
• Escalate risks or irregularities in vineyard health, compliance, or costs to leadership promptly
• Prepare monthly vineyard status updates and reports for management review
• Support long-term vineyard planning and coordination of third-party consultants (soil, pest, compliance)

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in vineyard, viticulture, or wine production preferred
• Understanding of basic viticultural concepts and vineyard work cycles
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret vineyard reports, maps, and farming cost summaries
• Familiarity with vineyard record-keeping software or Google Sheets/Excel
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with external partners
• Valid driver’s license; occasional site visits required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
