We’re looking for a dynamic, hospitality-driven, sales professional to join our team at our Résonance Dundee Hills Tasting Room. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, connecting people with wine, and being part of a small and collaborative, high-performing team, we want to meet you! This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium Oregon winery with Burgundian roots at our Dundee Hills Tasting Room location, and to be part of a team that believes in authentic, personal hospitality.

Scope of the Role:
-Welcome and guide guests through tasting experiences that are both educational and memorable
-Foster genuine, lasting connections that result in wine club sign-ups, direct sales, and return visits
-Support sales goals through personalized service and follow-up outreach
-Lead tastings for walk-in guests and seated reservations; manage flow of service on-site
-Collaborate with teammates and Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent, high-level service
-Maintain a clean, welcoming, and brand-appropriate tasting environment at all times
-Assist with restocking, order prep, and other duties as assigned
-Engage in active referral relationships within the Willamette Valley to drive visitation to the tasting room
-Participate in on and off-site events and wholesale wine deliveries
-Represent Résonance with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction

About You:
-You have hospitality or retail wine experience and a love of connecting with people
-You’re excited about the art of storytelling and can confidently speak about wine, place, and process
-You’re a sales-minded, goal-oriented person who gets energy from helping others discover what they love
-You’re organized, proactive, and bring a solutions-oriented approach to daily challenges
-You’re team-focused, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture
-You’re comfortable on a POS and willing to learn new systems and tools
-You’re available to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
-You can lift and move 50lbs regularly and are physically able to be on your feet during shift

Compensation: Hourly, plus tips, sales commissions, and wine club sign-up bonuses

Schedule: Friday-Monday (opportunity for Thursday shifts as needed)
