Craft Cellars is expanding, and we’re gearing up to open our second location - right in the heart of the newly redeveloped Northland Mall Village, which has been transformed into an open-air shopping destination. The most exciting part is that we will be situated right next to the brand new Italian Centre Market - a perfect pairing for wine lovers!

We are looking for a manager who will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and has a passion for wine, beer, and spirits to lead the team at the newest Craft Cellars location. The manager will train and develop team members to ensure that we deliver exceptional customer services while meeting all operational and sales goals. We are looking for someone who will become invested in the success of this new location and the overall growth of Craft Cellars.

What we’re looking for:

-Proven experience in retail management, ideally in wine & spirits
-Solid product knowledge - WSET or similar certifications are a strong asset
-Confident leading a team and mentoring staff and creating a work culture that makes people excited to come to work
-Skilled in merchandising and building engaging floor displays
-Organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing daily store operations
-Committed to excellent customer service and sharing the Craft Cellars experience

Responsibilities

-Oversee daily retail operations to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
-Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and enhancing sales performance.
-Handle purchasing and inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and pricing strategies.
-Implement effective merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility and sales.
-Maintain accurate financial records, including payroll and bookkeeping, while adhering to company policies.
