Job Summary:
This role is with a family-founded and operated winery based in Napa Valley. Our limited (but growing!) winery produces wines allocated exclusively to our members and clients.
This Client Services role requires an individual who is passionate about attention to detail in all aspects of their daily work. Additionally, this role requires a focus on collaboration with the internal team, vendors, and customers. This role combines customer service, administrative tasks, general logistics coordination, and support for sales and marketing to ensure seamless operations across the business, from order fulfillment to event planning.
We seek an outgoing and team-oriented individual who can adapt well to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. As the brand and client services leader, you will work directly with the internal team on day-to-day operations and regularly communicate with members and clients to satisfy their service needs.

What You'll Do
• Book and confirm tasting reservations via phone, text, and email from members, prospects, existing clients, and referral partners
• Respond to all client inquiries about orders, accounts, and shipments.
• Able to sell over any channel and process orders.
• Support wine club operations and all campaigns.
• Print menus, update order forms, prepare printed materials, and keep team resources up to date.
• Monitor weather holds and coordinate timely wine shipments.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer and operations records.
• Attend team meetings and assist with cross-department communication.
• Help implement new software programs to elevate the client services experience.
• Support logistics coordination for local and in-market events that align with sales and marketing goals.

You're a Great Fit If You
• Have 2-3 years' experience in admin, hospitality, or client services.
• Excel at staying organized and calm under pressure.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person.
• Are comfortable learning new tools and operating systems.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and Commerce7
• Have a flexible schedule, including weekends and potential evenings.
• Present a polished, warm presence when representing the brand in any setting and are proactive, dependable, and detail-obsessed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
