Job Summary:
The Estate Host provides exceptional hospitality, manages guest sales both in person and via phone, and support onsite sales. Excel in managing multiple priorities, maintaining budget consciousness, and collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Hospitality:
•  Host personalized tours and tastings for members, guests and trade Tour and Tasting experience: scheduling, hosting and foster relations
•  Deliver high-touch, luxury experiences that foster long-term member relationships
•  Schedule, set up, and execute visits, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
Event Support:
•  Support planning and execution of events at the winery
•  VIP groups
•  Corporate retreats
•  Trade
•  Collaborate on executing seasonal décor changes at CHS
•  Represent the estate at off-site events when needed
Sales & DTC Support:
•  Support the customer journey from initial engagement for retention and building lifetime value
•  Maintain accurate guests records and CRM notes post-visits
•  Work closely with the DTC team to identify top buyers and target the appropriate member segments for engagement
•  Actively extend invitations to top buyers and prospective new guests for exclusive winery visits.
•  Connect with concierge services
•  Assist the DTC team throughout offer periods
•  Orchestrate new release tasting with DTC team
•  Offsite Ambassador

Required Skills/Abilities:
•  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to deliver high-level communication.
•  High level of professionalism, organization and attention to detail.
•  Enthusiastic and passionate about luxury wine and guest experiences.
•  Strong sales ability and a proactive approach to upselling.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and excellent service standards.
•  Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.

Education and Experience:
•  2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a winery or luxury setting.
•  Strong knowledge of wine, viticulture, and the winemaking process.
•  Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
•  Proven ability to provide personalized service to high-end guests.
•  Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and events as needed.
•  Proficiency in scheduling software

Physical Requirements:
•  Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods during events or guest interactions.
•  Ability to work in various conditions, including indoor and outdoor environments, and adjust to seasonal temperature changes.
•  Prolonged periods of sitting, standing or walking.
•  Occasional lifting or carrying of materials (up to 20-30 lbs) for event setups or presentations.
•  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays for member events or guest meetings, as required.
•  Ability to travel locally or regionally for off-site events and member engagements.
