About the Role

The Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy will play a pivotal role in driving growth and optimizing contract management processes. This position will work closely with our Distributors to develop and implement strategic growth plans, track contract performance, and model contract scenarios to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Distributors to create and execute depletion growth plans for the Luxury wine portfolio.
* Monitor and track contract performance to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and model contract scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on contract analysis.
* Foster strong relationships with Distributors to drive mutual growth and success.
* Lead special projects, which could include assessing strategic fit and volume sizing for M&A.

About you

* You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
* You have proven experience in commercial strategy, sales enablement, management consulting, or related fields.
* You have strong analytical skills and the ability to model complex scenarios.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You are able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
* You have experience with depletion data (VIP), scan data (Circana, Nielsen), and Power BI preferred.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $117,000 to $138,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
