Job Description:

Harvest Internship – Twin Rocks Estate Winery (Granite Bay, CA)

Vineyard to Bottle Experience | Hands-On Learning | Small Team, Big Passion

About Us:

Twin Rocks Estate Winery is a boutique winery located in the rolling hills of Granite Bay, California. We are a small, dedicated team committed to crafting premium wines with care, from vine to bottle. Each vintage is a hands-on effort, and harvest is the heart of our process.

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team for the 2025 harvest season. You’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience in all aspects of wine production—from vineyard work to cellar operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about wine and eager to learn in a supportive, small-team environment.

What You'll Do:

•  Assist with grape sampling and maturity analysis

•  Participate in harvest activities including picking, sorting, and processing ~50-60 tons of fruit

•  Operate and sanitize winemaking equipment (presses, pumps, hoses, etc.)

•  Perform fermentation monitoring (Brix, temperature, etc.)

•  Conduct punchdowns, pumpovers, and wine transfers

•  Clean tanks, barrels, bins, and cellar equipment

•  Help with bottling and general winery maintenance

•  Work closely with our winemaker and vineyard manager to learn every step of the process

What We're Looking For:

•  Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

•  Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

•  Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

•  Curiosity and a genuine interest in wine and agriculture

•  Previous harvest or cellar experience is a plus but not required

Perks:

•  Hands-on training in a full-cycle winemaking process

•  Daily harvest meals during peak weeks

•  Opportunity to grow within the winery or gain experience for future wine industry roles

•  Work in a scenic vineyard environment with a passionate, tight-knit team
