Signorello Estate Winery, located in the heart of Napa Valley, is reopening after a 7-year hiatus rebuilding after the 2017 fires, with a new state-of-the-art facility and hospitality program. Job Description:
As a Concierge at Signorello Estate Winery, your primary responsibility is to provide a warm and gracious welcome to each visitor. You will be the face of the winery, sharing information about our wine experiences, tasting options, and the history of the estate. Additionally, you will serve as a reservationist, assisting guests in making reservations over the phone or in person, entering guest information into the reservation system, TOCK, and supporting the retail sales team by managing guest entry into the tasting room.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors courteously and provide an exceptional first impression
- Provide information for tastings, fees, and the winery to guests
- Assist guests in making reservations and direct calls within the tasting room
- Monitor guest count and ensure guest well-being
- Maintain communication with the sales team
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and uphold professional demeanor at all times
- Utilize computer and phone skills, experience TOCK & ecellars is a plus

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Proficient in reading and interpreting business materials
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks
- Customer service-oriented mindset
-Able to lift 50 lbs. (a case of wine)
