Signorello Estate Winery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wine Educator to join our team as we reopen after a 7-year hiatus to rebuild after the 2017 fires. Located in the heart of Napa Valley, our newly rebuilt winery offers a state-of-the-art wine facility and hospitality program, and we are looking for polished team players to help us deliver exceptional wine experiences to our guests.

As a Wine Educator at Signorello Estate Winery, you will be responsible for providing engaging and informative wine tastings and tours to our guests. You will have the opportunity to showcase our premium wines, share the history and story of our estate, and provide personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences. Additionally, you will assist in hosting private events, wine dinners, and other special experiences for our guests.

This position requires a passion for wine, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality or wine education, a deep knowledge of wine production and varietals, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct wine tastings and tours for guests, providing detailed information about our wines, estate vineyards and winemaking process
- Educate guests on the history and story of Signorello Estate Winery
- Assist in hosting private events, wine dinners, and special experiences
- Promote wine club memberships and winery events
- Maintain a clean and organized tasting room and hospitality areas
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Represent Signorello Estate Winery in a professional and welcoming manner
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality

REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience in wine education, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong knowledge of wine production, varietals, and wine regions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Certification in wine education or related field is a plus
- Clean & valid CA driver license
-Ability to stand long periods of time
-Able to lift 50 lbs.
