Who we are?

We are a family-owned distillery based in the gorgeous Carneros region of Sonoma County. For over a decade, we have been distilling organic vodka that we share with guests at our Tasting Room & Gardens, and have just been named the “Best Selling Organic Vodka in California in 2024” by Neilsen Credit!

The Hospitality Team is growing at Hanson and we’d like you to be a part of it. You will bring your energy, personality, passion for hospitality, sales acumen and fleet-footed ability to wear as many hats as needed. You should also be ready to have fun! Responsibilities

- Anticipate customers’ needs and whenever possible exceed them - we always go the extra mile
- Foster a positive culture of exemplary guest service
- Maximize customer sales and conversion of guests to Hanson Club Members
- Working with the team, help develop new and exciting seasonal cocktails
- Be the first to answer phone calls, take messages and follow up with customers

Qualifications

- Enviable levels of customer service and engagement skills
- At least one year of restaurant or winery hospitality experience
- Work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Must have a flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and evenings, as needed
- Knowledge of Sonoma, Napa and surrounding areas are important but not required
- Valid driver’s license and working car

Job Type: Part-time/full-time

- Salary: $16~26 per hour (depending on experience), plus commissions, plus tips, plus incentives
