Tasting Room Associate

Job Description:
Family owned winery and olive mill., located in Kelseyville, California is looking for an exceptional associate to join our team. If you have previous hospitality and/or retail experience, solid wine knowledge or are willing to learn we would love to hear from you. We are looking for someone that is relaxed and comfortable with talking and connecting with people on a one-on-one basis or to host groups and present our award winning wines.
Duties include pouring and describing wines, selling wine and wine club memberships, be available to work events, and stocking wine. Good computer skills required.
Ensure tasting room and inventory areas are clean, neat, and stocked at all times; ensure that displays of wine in tasting room are attractive and maintained

Our Tasting room is open 7 days per week. We have multiple events, primarily evenings, that need staffing throughout the week. Flexible availability is appreciated. Current schedule for this position is Saturday and Sunday.


Compensation: Pay based on experience in addition to gratuities
