We are looking for an on and off premise sales reps to run a sales route for an established importer and distributor of fine wines & craft spirits. Represent and sell high-quality wine & spirits on an established sales route to retail and on-premise customers (hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs/lounges, wine shops, package stores, grocery stores, etc.). Execute market objectives coordinated by your sales team management. Plan and execute special events in your market, e.g. tastings, wine dinners, market visits, staff training, etc. Wine & spirits knowledge is very important, as is previous experience selling them. We are looking for an organized and motivated individual with sales experience who can succeed in this diverse and challenging sales market.

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Ability to be respond appropriately and timely to communications from accounts, sales team, and management (via smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.)
•  Ability to assist with the training and education of sales staff in your accounts on all facets of wine and spirits knowledge
•  Ability to apply basic math to practical situations
•  Ability to problem solve, including: define problems, collect data, analyze, devise & execute solutions
•  Understanding & acceptance of what it means to participate in a chain of command as a member of an organized team
•  Existing familiarity with &/or ability to use: internet, email, Microsoft Office suite software, and order processing software
•  Driver’s license, ability to meet automobile insurance requirements, and valid standing w/ appropriate TABC licenses
•  Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs., as well as remain standing for long periods of time while performing sales duties

Compensation:
•  Competitve base salary with commissions, commensurate with experience
•  Monthly and quarterly bonus and incentives
•  Monthly expense stipend
