Job Summary
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for performing the administrative duties necessary to coordinate accurate and timely payment of payroll to all employees of Foley Family Wines and Foley Family Farms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•  Process and manage payroll activities accurately and in a timely manner.
•  Reviews and processes payroll elections.
•  Interprets company policy and understands governmental regulations affecting personnel matters.
•  Prepares required government reports.
•  Adjusts payroll errors and responds to inquiries.
•  Maintains, reviews and acquires approvals for time and attendance records throughout the properties.
•  Imports time data from outside time and attendance software.
•  Reconciles bi-weekly payrolls and processes requests for onsite checks.
•  Reviews compensation changes and corrects errors to ensure accuracy of payroll.
•  Ensure supervisory approval of timecard discrepancies
•  Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve payroll disputes from employees.
•  Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
•  Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
•  Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
•  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•  Assist with maintaining payroll taxes in the system, responding to notices, and staying updated on tax regulations.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Other Abilities
•  Intermediate Excel skills – Comfortable using VLOOKUP.
•  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and to respond to common inquiries or complaints/questions/concerns from employees or regulatory agencies
•  Time management skills, able to work under tight deadlines
•  Experience with running reports
•  Organized, strong attention to detail, and able to maintain confidentiality

Education & Experience
•  Minimum two years of payroll processing experience
•  Experience with the Dayforce system would be a plus, but is not required
•  Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, math and computer skills
