Who We Are: Et Fille, which means “and daughter,” is a second-generation, woman-owned, Certified B Corp in Oregon’s Willamette Valley co-founded by father and daughter winemakers in 2003. Owner Jessica crafts wines inspired by her late father’s legacy and daughter’s future from 8 sustainably farmed vineyards.

What the Position Looks Like:
•  Provide an engaging experience and thoughtful service for tasting room guests
•  Provide an elevated and customized experience for club members
•  Grow club membership and exceed sales targets for tasting room, club sales, and outbound sales outreach
•  Plan and manage club allocations and shipments
•  Analyze metrics to improve new club member acquisition, wine club purchase behavior, and membership retention
•  Segment customer database and plan customized individual outreach
•  Develop and cultivate a tasting room referral program
•  Maintain a clean and welcoming tasting room
•  Manage and order tasting room inventory, and order supplies as needed
•  Plan and execute events
•  Coordinate company’s B-Corp interface and activities
•  Participate in monthly staff planning meetings
•  Execute special projects as needed


Qualifications and Requirements:
•  Positive and engaging interpersonal skills with an ability to foster lasting relationships
•  Advanced communication skills with the ability to write clearly and effectively
•  Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
•  Strong computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Commerce7)
•  Experience segmenting data and creating action plans
•  Ability to work with spreadsheets and calculate discounts and percentages
•  Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a proactive, organized, and flexible manner
•  High level of integrity and reliability
•  Collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams
•  College degree strongly preferred but not required
•  3-5 years experience in wine hospitality and/or sales strongly preferred but not required
•  Requires the ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, listen, speak, smell, taste, and lift/carry up to 45 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for various ability levels
•  Weekend work required
•  Must be at least 21 years of age
•  OLCC permit required and company will help facilitate if needed

Measures of Success:
•  DTC sales to goal, with sub goals for Tasting Room and Club channels
•  Club net growth rate
•  Club member feedback
•  Team member feedback

Reports To: Owner

Manages: None

Schedule: Full Time (five days a week including weekends; on the floor four days a week and remote or in the market one day a week)
