Andante Vineyard is located in Dallas, Oregon, in the heart of the Willamette Valley within the Van Duzer Corridor AVA. We are seeking a hospitality-driven individual who shares our core values and passion for wine.

The Tasting Room Associate plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of customer service, hospitality, and presentation. This position is responsible for ensuring the tasting room and surrounding guest areas are welcoming, well-maintained, and reflective of the Andante Vineyard brand.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who contributes to a positive and respectful work environment. They interact professionally with guests, coworkers, vendors, and management while helping deliver an exceptional winery experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by confidently guiding guests through wine tastings while promoting wine sales and Wine Club memberships.
- Manage and modify guest reservations using Tock, as needed or directed.
- Answer and direct tasting room phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout all guest-facing areas.
- Assist with private events and off-site events as needed.
- Address guest questions, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the manager on duty when appropriate.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and respectful team environment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience using reservation and POS systems, including but not limited to, Tock and Commerce 7.
- Must be 21 years of age or older; have and maintain an OLCC server permit and an OR Food Handlers Card.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to routinely lift and move 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
