Wine Club Membership Concierge – Position Summary

The Membership Concierge acts as a trusted wine advisor and primary relationship manager for Beaux Frères members, providing personalized service that enhances brand loyalty and encourages retention and sales. This role blends hospitality, sales strategy, logistics coordination, and event planning to deliver outstanding member experiences both onsite and remotely. Success in this position depends on proactive communication, excellent organization, and the ability to anticipate member needs while managing busy seasons, club operations, and collaboration across departments.

Member Experience & Service
•  Serve as a trusted advisor for members, guiding high-value purchases and customization decisions.
•  Provide timely support via email, phone, and text with 24-hour response standards.
•  Establish genuine, lasting relationships through tailored outreach and recommendations.
•  Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively to improve customer satisfaction and retain clients
Sales & Retention.
•  Promote exclusive releases, library wines, and featured selections based on purchase history.
•  Conduct outreach on declined or pending orders.
•  Develop strategies to increase loyalty, engagement, and club expansion Club Operations & Processing.
•  Oversee Spring and Fall club shipment builds for all membership tiers.
•  Monitor club inventory and recommend featured additions.
•  Coordinate with Shipping & Logistics using ShipCompliant and related systems.
•  Track and report processing metrics, including success rates, cancellations, and declines
Marketing & Communications.
•  Design and distribute print and digital collateral such as shipment inserts, sign-up materials, emails, and retention efforts.
•  Segment audiences to provide targeted messaging.
•  Maintain consistent member touchpoints through digital and handwritten communication
Events & Hospitality.
•  Lead planning and execution of member events, including pickup parties and vineyard dinners.
•  Coordinate vendors, catering, rentals, invitations, wine selections, and day-of logistics.
•  Provide concierge-level support and curated local referrals during member visits

Inventory & Logistics.
•  Forecast shipment volumes and coordinate warehouse transfers.
•  Oversee will-call inventory and bulk shipping schedule.
•  Ensure compliance and precise order transmission across systems.

Reporting & Strategy
•  Set annual sales goals and project growth and attrition.
•  Track revenue and case projections.
•  Compile reports across platforms (Commerce7, Wine Pulse, Microsoft Office) for performance analysis.

Key Qualifications and Requirements
•  Education: Bachelor’s degree.
•  Experience: 2-5+ years in the wine industry, membership-focused.
•  Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, CRM systems, POS systems, Shipping systems, and Warehouse systems.
•  Record: Proven record of increasing membership and retention.
•  Schedule Requirements: Ability to work weekends/evenings as needed. Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Compensation Package and Benefits
•  Salary is dependent on experience.
•  Full employee-only coverage on our group Health and Dental Insurance, available on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
•  Paid vacation of 2 weeks per year.

•  Position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
