Culinary Executive Chef

Job Description:

Culinary Executive Director to lead our food and beverage operations across four distinct locations—including a mobile food truck concept—with a commitment to Fanatical Hospitality and strategic growth. In this executive role, you will oversee the full culinary lifecycle—from concept to execution—ensuring exceptional quality, inspiring innovation, and aligning every dish with our elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a long-term culinary vision aligned with brand identity and guest expectations.
Create innovative, on-brand menu concepts informed by seasonal ingredients and industry trends.
Assist in the planning and execution of a winery-specific culinary program that supports wine pairing, brand storytelling, and guest engagement.
Develop and test recipes for both consumption and publication that align with the winery’s culinary identity.
Oversee culinary operations across four locations, including a food truck, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-impact guest experiences.
Lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals, including Chef of Cuisine and kitchen managers.
Execute and support special dining engagements, wine dinners, and high-touch culinary events.
Overseeing the purchase of kitchen and food supplies while upholding quality standards and managing vendor relationships.
May perform regular food and supply inventory to support budgeting and accounting needs.
Overseeing the maintenance of general housekeeping of the kitchen and prep areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
Establish and uphold rigorous standards for food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
Drive cost-effective strategies for food and labor, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.
Ensure brand consistency in food presentation, flavor, and service across all locations.
Available for a flexible schedule, contingent on Event and company needs.
