ROCO Winery is seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our 2025 harvest crew.
ROCO Winery is in the Willamette Valley, just outside of Newberg Oregon. We specialize in traditional method sparkling wines, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, processing around 400 tons. We are looking for individuals with previous harvest or wine experience who ideally know how to operate a forklift.
This position will run from the beginning of September into November.
Typical harvest duties include but are not limited to punch downs, basic cellar cleaning and sanitation, barrel work, tracking fermentations, punch downs, operating pumps and other cellar equipment, punch downs, inoculations etc.

• Cap management – PUNCH-DOWNS!!
• Juice inoculations
Prior cellar/harvest experience preferred. This position requires working in a physically demanding environment, under conditions of physical and mental fatigue, while maintaining focus and a positive attitude. Must be willing and able to stand, kneel, climb repeatedly and for numerous hours. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Housing is available. Lunches provided during busy part of the season.
Candidates MUST be approved to work in the US through CAEP or similar organization or obtain their own work visa through the US government and their home country.
