Brooks Wine is a mission-driven winery dedicated to sustainability, hospitality, and community. We are currently seeking a Culinary Leader to oversee our culinary program and collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional tasting room experiences.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced chef to work in one of Oregon’s most inspiring culinary and wine destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all culinary operations including food prep, execution, and sanitation
- Create and implement seasonal, farm-focused menus
- Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Maintain food safety standards and kitchen organization
- Lead and support a small, collaborative kitchen team
- Partner with winery leadership on guest experience enhancements
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in a culinary leadership role
Demonstrated skills in food costing and inventory management
Passion for seasonal, local, and sustainable cuisine
Food Handler Certification (required)
Serve Safe Management certification (preferred)
Must be available on weekends and some evenings
Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
