We are Dusky Goose, a small but mighty team crafting world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the heart of the Dundee Hills. For over 20 years, our wines have been shaped by the hands of founding winemaker Lynn Penner-Ash and now by Hans Van Dale. We focus on expressive, limited-production wines that are built to age and showcase the unique character of our vineyards—perfect for both collecting and enjoying over time. Our estate tasting room, nestled within Rambouillet Vineyard, offers one of the most intimate and educational tasting experiences in the Willamette Valley.

In this role, you will:
-Host guests at our estate tasting room, leading engaging and educational tastings
-Share the story of Dusky Goose, our vineyards, and the Dundee Hills AVA
-Provide a top-tier guest experience while proactively driving wine sales and club sign-ups to meet key performance goals
-Manage reservations and transactions via Tock and WineDirect
-Work closely with the Hospitality Manager to meet individual and team sales goals

What you bring:

3+ years of experience in hospitality, tasting rooms, wine sales, or a related service industry
-A passion for wine and enthusiasm for sharing it
-A proven ability to sell, with a results-driven mindset and comfort recommending wines based on guest preferences
-Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
-The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
-Experience with Tock and WineDirect (or similar platforms) preferred
-Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
-A valid driver’s license and OLCC Server permit
-Must be 21+ with reliable transportation
