We are a small, exclusive Napa Valley winery estate with limited visitation, luxury guest accommodations, and a strong commitment to exceptional hospitality. We feature a small tasting room environment. We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a hands-on role where every team member wears many hats.
The Property Steward plays a key role in maintaining our estate, guest house, hospitality spaces, and event areas while helping create memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working independently as well as alongside a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
•  Prepare and maintain luxury guest accommodations, including cleaning, turnovers, laundry, and guest-ready presentation.
•  Perform housekeeping throughout hospitality spaces, offices, tasting areas, and common areas.
•  Wash, polish, organize, and maintain wine glasses and service ware to impeccable standards.
•  Set up and break down wine tastings, hospitality experiences, and occasional winery events.
•  Maintain inventory of hospitality, housekeeping, and guest supplies.
•  Create and refresh simple floral arrangements and presentation details as needed.
•  Support general property organization, light operational projects, and estate upkeep.
•  Anticipate needs, identify tasks independently, and contribute wherever needed.
Qualifications
•  2+ years of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, boutique lodging, winery hospitality, private estates, events, or a related field.
•  Strong attention to detail and commitment to high presentation standards.
•  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•  Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
•  Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
•  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors and stand for long periods of time.
•  Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Wage Transparency:
The base pay for this role ranges from$ 25.00 to $28.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience and skills.
