Mad Fritz Beer Specialist for Tap House and Brewery:

Job Description and Overview of Tasks:

•  Opening and Running the Tap House in Yountville (1-2 days per week-days depending ) We are open Thursday to Sunday 1-8 pm.
•  Hosting tasting appointments at Brewery (1-2 days per week schedule depending)
•  Selling beer DTC and adding members to our membership list
•  Assisting in bottling and labeling activities
•  Organizing 3rd party ship to for membership allocations on a quarterly basis. Assisting shipments within CA with GSO (in-house)
•  Keeping track of inventory and full bi-annual counts
•  Assisting with on-premise accounts for draught and bottle sales as well as cleaning tap lines.
•  Assisting with membership pick up parties (when available)
•  Participating in beer events to help sell and promote the Mad Fritz brand.


Job Skill Requirements:

•  Good sales and front of house experience
•  A passion for great beer and knowledge of beer styles ideal
•  Ability to lift 60 #
•  Clean attire and tidy work habits
