As a Part-Time Reservationist, you serve as the primary ambassador for guests seeking world-class tasting experiences at our iconic Oakville estate. This role manages inbound booking inquiries, coordinates private group logistics, and maintains seamless communication between prospective guests and our Concierge, Tasting Room, and Culinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Booking Management: Process individual and group reservation requests across phone, email, and online reservation platforms (e.g., Tock/OpenTable).

Guest Communication: Provide articulate, welcoming, and knowledgeable details regarding estate tasting options, private tours, wine club perks, and seasonal culinary offerings.

Daily Logistics: Coordinate daily guest flow schedules with the Concierge desk and Floor Supervisors to ensure seamless check-ins and optimal seating pacing.

Special Requests: Document dietary restrictions, anniversary celebrations, and VIP notes in guest profiles to enable personalized hospitality delivery.

Database Maintenance: Capture accurate guest contact details, wine preferences, and booking histories in CRM systems to support direct-to-consumer outreach.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years in high-touch hospitality, luxury customer service, winery reservations, or concierge roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with reservation software (Tock, SevenRooms, or OpenTable) and POS/CRM platforms (WineDirect, Commerce7, or Salesforce).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, friendly tone.

Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal event days as needed (15–25 hours/week).

Wine Knowledge: Basic understanding of Napa Valley wines and Oakville terroir (WSET Level 1/2 or CSW is a plus). Must be 21 years of age or older.
