Guest Relations Coordinator, Far Niente Wine Estates

Founded in Oakville, California in 1885 and restored in 1979, Far Niente is consistently recognized as a benchmark producer of Napa Valley Chardonnay and Oakville Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.

Our team is expanding to support our growing portfolio. The Guest Relations Coordinator serves as a key first point of contact for guests visiting Far Niente Wine Estates and plays an important role in delivering a warm, polished and seamless arrival experience. This is a hybrid hospitality position designed to flex across Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel and Bella Union based on business and staffing needs.
The primary responsibility of the role is greeting and welcoming arriving guests, supporting the flow of daily appointments and ensuring each guest receives a thoughtful and elevated introduction to the estate. The secondary responsibility is providing inbound phone and guest communication support, helping ensure calls are answered promptly and guests receive knowledgeable, responsive assistance.
The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, energetic, comfortable shifting priorities and locations, confident with technology and motivated by creating exceptional guest experiences.

You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:
•  Serves as a welcoming first point of contact for guests as they arrive on property.
•  Greets and check-in guests and communicates arrivals to the appropriate hospitality team.
•  Maintains awareness of the daily reservation schedule, including VIPs, returning guests and special occasions, to help personalize the guest experience.
•  Provides inbound phone coverage and assists guests with general questions and inquiries when not actively supporting arrivals.
•  Supports the Hospitality and Reservations teams during peak periods, staffing gaps and PTO coverage.
•  Provides flexible support across Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel and Bella Union based on business needs.
•  Assists the Hospitality Team with guest-facing and operational needs as needed.
•  Works in a safe manner and helps maintain clean, organized and guest-ready spaces.
•  Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including weekends and some evenings.

You will be qualified for this role if you meet these requirements:

•  Previous experience of 6 months in a similar role.
•  High School Diploma or equivalent.
•  Ability to work independently as well as a member of a highly functioning team.
•  Ability to communicate effectively in the predominately used language.
•  Ability to lift to 30 lbs.

This is a hybrid hospitality position and there are some physical requirements that our large estates require:
•  Full body mobility.
•  Ability to stand, ascend and descend stairs.
