Wine Educator
Location: Flora Springs Winery, Saint Helena
Full Time-flexible scheduling, weekends required

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Wine Educator to join our growing team in Saint Helena. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic wine-focused concept featuring exceptional wines, tasting experiences, and curated tasting flights.

Responsibilities
•  Provide warm, knowledgeable, and engaging service to guests
•  Educate guests on wines, tasting notes, brand story
•  Guide guests through tasting experiences and curated tasting flights
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge environment
•  Assist with retail wine sales and club sign-ups
•  Support private events and special activations

Qualifications
•  Previous experience in wine service, wine bars, tasting rooms, or hospitality required
•  Knowledge of wine fundamentals (WSET or similar certification is a plus)
•  Strong communication skills and confidence guiding luxury tasting experiences
•  Ability to thrive in a polished, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•  Must be 21+
