Operations Lead

Reports To: Operations Manager
Schedule: Thursday – Sunday (4/10) 6:30AM-4:30PM
Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00/ Hour DOE

About the Role:
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe order fulfillment. This role is hands-on and sets the pace on the floor—balancing productivity, quality, and team accountability.

Key Responsibilities
•  Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
•  Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) as needed
•  Communicate issues related to staffing, inventory, or equipment management
•  Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and SOPs
•  Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency

Qualifications
•  2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
•  Strong leadership and communication skills
•  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•  Experience with inventory systems and warehouse management software preferred
•  Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
•  Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Preferred Skills
•  Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, WMS)

Compensation
•  $20.00-$25.00/hour
•  Annual Bonus Potential
