Job Description:
Job includes, but not limited to--
Appraising grapes as they ripen, dealing with growers, deciding when to harvest, all manner of cellar work, all aspects of bottling...all the while, ordering supplies for all this.
Also must deal with Grumpy Old Owner.
We'll probably do around 500 cases this year, which qualifies as small production. A weekly ration of wine included.
