Part-Time Tasting Room Associate

Sleeping Giant Winery

Napa, CA

Apply

Job Description:

About Us: Owner-Winemaker Chris Dearden opened Sleeping Giant Winery in the rolling hills of Carneros in March of 2022 after a few decades crafting fine wines throughout Napa Valley. Estate Pinot noir and Chardonnay are the cornerstones of the winery, although more single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is produced at the winery due to the long relationships Chris has established over the years. Five different clones of Pinot noir and a small amount of Chardonnay are on an 11.6-acre parcel. The residence and a historic water tower were refurbished and are an outward sign of the Dearden family’s respect for the past and loyalty to the future. To round out the vineyard, residence, and newly restored historic water tower, groundbreaking took place at the end of 2020 for the development of a boutique winery.
