Barnett Vineyards is a family-owned, premium Napa Valley winery located atop Spring Mountain in St. Helena. We are dedicated to producing exceptional wines and delivering highly personalized experiences to our customers, wine club members, and guests.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small winery environment. This role is primarily focused on shipping, fulfillment, inventory management, wine club support, and customer service, while also assisting with hospitality and marketing initiatives as needed.

Shipping & Fulfillment
•  Manage the Shipping email inbox and customer shipping inquiries.
•  Coordinate shipments with fulfillment partners and warehouses.
•  Monitor and resolve shipping issues, delivery exceptions, address changes, and returned packages.
•  Manage inventory across fulfillment warehouses.
•  Assist with customer data imports and order management through Commerce7.

Wine Club & Customer Service
•  Manage Wine Society email inquiries and member communications.
•  Assist members with order customizations, redirects, corrections, and account updates.
•  Support club releases and fulfillment activities.
•  Maintain accurate customer and member records.
•  Deliver exceptional customer service through timely communication and follow-through.

Hospitality & Marketing Support
•  Assist with tasting room operations during busy periods and special events.
•  Support reservation management and guest communications.
•  Assist with winery pickup orders and member events.
•  Support social media strategy, email marketing, and customer engagement to enhance sales and brand awareness.

Qualifications
•  2+ years of customer service, hospitality, shipping, logistics, wine club, or winery operations experience preferred.
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Experience with Commerce7, WineShipping, or similar winery software/partners preferred.
•  Passion for wine, hospitality, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support multiple areas of the business.

Physical Requirements
•  Ability to lift and move wine cases up to 40 pounds.
•  Ability to work occasional winery events and busy hospitality weekends.
•  Valid California driver's license preferred.
