About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations at our Napa manufacturing facility. We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing of packaging supplies for the beverage industry. You'll own equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, spare parts inventory, and the maintenance budget — while leading and developing a technical team.

What You'll Do

•  Lead and develop the maintenance team (scheduling, priorities, coaching)
•  Build and execute preventive & predictive maintenance programs
•  Own maintenance KPIs: Equipment Availability, MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance, Work Order Completion
•  Analyze equipment failures and drive root cause investigations
•  Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget
•  Maintain utilities, compressors, forklifts, and facility infrastructure
•  Coordinate contractors and external service providers
•  Collaborate with Corporate Engineering on technical initiatives

Required Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering
•  4+ years leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
•  Strong technical knowledge: electronics, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial automation systems
•  PLC troubleshooting experience
•  AutoCAD and technical drawing proficiency
•  Hands-on experience with lathe and machining equipment
•  Welding and metal fabrication knowledge
•  Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and spare parts inventory
•  Bilingual English/Spanish required
