At V. Sattui Winery, exceptional hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. As one of Napa Valley’s most iconic and heavily visited wineries, we’re known for our expansive portfolio of small-lot, award-winning wines, our Italian Marketplace & Artisan Deli, beautiful picnic grounds, and memorable tasting experiences.

As a member of our Concierge Team, you are the first impression of V. Sattui Winery — welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. You’ll assist guests with tasting reservations, guide them to their experiences, proactively recommend tasting upgrades, tours, and wine & food pairings, and help create an unforgettable visit from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities Include:
•  Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival
•  Guiding guests to tasting appointments and winery experiences
•  Promoting and selling tastings, upgrades, tours, and wine & food pairings
•  Providing knowledgeable recommendations about wines, culinary offerings, memberships, and events
•  Communicating clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
•  Working collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences
•  Learning and utilizing reservation software and CRM (CellarPass and eCellar, or similar experience a plus; training provided)

Qualifications:
•  Excellent communication and customer service skills
•  Warm, positive, and professional demeanor
•  Ability to thrive in a busy, high-energy environment
•  Strong sales and hospitality mindset
•  Reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused
•  Prior concierge, hospitality, or front-of-house experience preferred
•  Must be available weekends and holidays

Compensation:
•  Competitive hourly wage, a bonus on Wine Club signups and a bonus on wine sales upon successful completion of wine and winery knowledge exam.
