Pay: $33–$40 per hour ($68,640–$83,200 annually), based on experience
Full-Time Position: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Location: South Napa office/warehouse

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Wine Club & Membership Marketing Manager to lead our email and text marketing programs and help manage the day-to-day operations of our growing Wine Club and Allocation programs.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and customer engagement, and is critical to how we communicate with our members about new releases, allocation offerings, club shipments, and events. You will work closely with the COO/Marketing Director and Office Manager to plan and execute our marketing calendar, including the rollout of 14 new subscription clubs launching this year.

Key Responsibilities:
Email & Text Marketing
•  Build, format, and send email campaigns in Klaviyo across Wine Club, Allocation, event, and seasonal communications
•  Work closely with the COO/Marketing Director to refine email drafts through multiple rounds of edits and versions, ensuring each send is polished, on-brand, and optimized for mobile viewing
•  Manage daily Klaviyo activity even on non-send days, including audience hygiene, segmentation, list maintenance, and automation review
•  Regularly review VIP, Wine Club, and Preferred member lists in Klaviyo to confirm active status and address suppressed accounts
•  Build and grow our text marketing program through RedChirp
•  Coordinate the marketing calendar with Wine Club shipment schedules, Allocation offerings, and seasonal events
•  Write and edit copy that reflects the Del Dotto brand voice and storytelling

Wine Club & Allocations
•  Manage day-to-day Wine Club operations, including member communication and inquiries, with a focus on supporting members in using online self-service tools where appropriate
•  Pull and analyze daily Wine Club reports
•  Pull customer reports and segmentation data as requested by the COO/Marketing Director
•  Support Allocation campaigns using established Commerce 7 setups and Klaviyo templates, including Platinum and Gold tier offerings and follow-up sends
•  Manage the rollout and ongoing operations of 14 new subscription clubs starting this year
•  Enter tasting room Wine Club sign-ups weekly

Customer Engagement
•  Monitor RedChirp daily as one of the primary users; treat as a shared team inbox alongside other office staff
•  Answer phones and respond to inquiries from Club and Allocation members
•  Coordinate off-site events as needed

Other
•  Manage clothing/branded merchandise inventory and orders as needed
•  Cross-train and provide back-up coverage in other office functions as needed
•  Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
•  2+ years of experience in email marketing, with hands-on Klaviyo experience strongly preferred
•  Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to brand voice and detail
•  Comfort iterating quickly on email content through multiple rounds of edits, with strong instincts for mobile-first email design
•  Experience with Commerce 7 or comparable DTC wine/e-commerce POS strongly preferred
•  Familiarity with RedChirp or similar SMS marketing platforms a plus
•  Wine industry, DTC, hospitality, or membership program experience preferred
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•  Adobe Illustrator experience required, used regularly for offsite order forms, Wine Club materials, and other design work
•  Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
•  Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
•  Comfortable working with customer data, reports, and segmentation
•  Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively
•  Versatile, flexible, and willing to cross-train across multiple office functions
•  Enjoys an office environment, working at a desk and computer during normal business hours
•  Professional appearance and demeanor

Compensation & Benefits:
