We invite you to join our team as a full-time Tasting Salon Wine Educator. Situated in the picturesque Los Carneros appellation of Napa, our winery offers by-appointment seated tastings, providing a unique experience for wine enthusiasts. Responsibilities (these may vary due to business needs):

•  Host our guests in the Tasting Salon, ensuring they feel valued and attended to, delivering a memorable and personalized experience.
•  Consistently deliver on effortless luxury by meeting guests where they are, establishing trust, and creating a lasting relationship.
•  Identify opportunities to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction, exceeding established sales and Two Estate membership goals.
•  Uphold our high standards so guests see an immaculate and welcoming environment throughout their visit.
•  Ensure seamless communication: between the winery and guests, between colleagues, and including appointments, sales orders, or other topics.
•  Adhere to all operational policies and procedures, including register transactions and inventory transfers.
•  Assist with daily and monthly physical inventory checks as needed.
•  Bring our 5 Core Values to life, everyday: Customer Service, Pride, Fun, Sense of Community, and Shaper.
•  Provide support with outreach initiatives and special projects designed to drive visitation, enhance brand presence, and foster strategic partnerships.
•  Contribute to the development and refinement of tasting menus, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.

•  Assist on optimizing processes and operation through critical thinking and the implementation of strategic ideas.
•  Support the manager with initiatives aimed at increasing tasting room sales and revenue, such as sales training, promotional bundles, and other targeted sales strategies.
•  Assist manager with merchandise inventory selection, order, controls and accuracy.
•  Assist manager in maintaining the Tasting Room SOPs and training materials.

Qualifications:
•  Enthusiasm, focus, and positive outlook
•  College degree and/or applicable work experience: 3 - 5 years of luxury wine sales, restaurant, and/or hotel experience.
•  Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
•  Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., move between indoors and outdoors.
•  Proficiency in math, counting, and experience with CRM systems such as Shopify, Tock, MS Office suite.
•  Initiative to develop and implement ideas, plans, and promotions.
•  Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
•  Certificates or training from corporate hospitality programs a plus

Compensation: Hourly, non-exempt position with a range of $24-26/hr, plus tips and commission opportunities.
Work Week/Schedule: 8-hour shift generally (though that may need to change on occasion), on site, in person. Expected hours: 30hrs/week. The ideal candidate would be available to work weekends, holidays, and possibly some evenings.
