At Hestan Vineyards, we are driven by a commitment to craftsmanship, hospitality, and meaningful connection. As we expand our Direct-to-Consumer program, we are introducing a dedicated telesales channel designed to deepen client relationships and elevate the Hestan experience.

We are seeking a polished, results-driven sales professional to join our team. This role blends proactive outreach with a hospitality mindset, connecting with clients in a thoughtful, personalized way.

Position Overview
This role is responsible for cultivating and converting sales opportunities through consistent outbound engagement across phone, email, and text. The position is primarily based on-site at our Yountville Tasting Salon, providing a consistent environment for both client outreach and in-person engagement.

In addition to core telesales responsibilities, this role will provide light midweek coverage of the Tasting Salon (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), maintaining a professional on-site presence, assisting guests as needed, and leveraging quieter periods to continue outbound sales efforts.

Given the nature of client engagement, this role requires regular availability into the early evenings and on weekends, when clients are most receptive and engaged.
Success will be measured by the ability to build a strong pipeline, meet or exceed monthly sales goals, and contribute to wine club growth, retention, and overall Direct-to-Consumer revenue.

Key Responsibilities
•  Proactively connect with existing clients and prospective customers through outbound calls, email, and text
•  Guide clients through the full sales journey, from initial introduction to purchase and follow-up
•  Build and maintain lasting relationships that reflect the Hestan brand and standards of service
•  Present wines, wine club offerings, and promotions with confidence and expertise
•  Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activity within CRM systems
•  Collaborate closely with the Yountville Tasting Salon and Hestan Napa teams to create a seamless, integrated client experience across all touchpoints
•  Provide light in-person support at the Tasting Salon midweek, assisting guests and capturing sales opportunities while maintaining focus on outbound outreach
•  Support in-person and virtual tastings or events, including those scheduled during evenings and weekends

What We’re Looking For
•  2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, or a client-facing role
•  Confidence and professionalism in phone-based sales conversations
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in an on-site environment
•  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
•  Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
•  A genuine interest in wine and the ability to speak about it with enthusiasm and clarity

Work Environment & Requirements
•  On-site role based at the Yountville Tasting Salon
•  Includes midweek (Tuesday/Wednesday) on-site presence, with primary focus on telesales throughout the week
•  Regular early evening and weekend availability is essential to meet client demand and maximize sales opportunities
•  Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods when required
•  Must be 21 years of age or older
