The Human Resources Manager leads and executes HR programs that support the company’s people strategy and business goals. This role partners closely with leadership while also staying hands-on across key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, performance management, and compliance.
What You’ll Do
• Support a positive, values-driven culture and employee experience
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, and development
• Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Directly manage HR operations, systems, and payroll coordination
• Drive employee engagement through communication, events, and programs
What You Bring
• 8+ years of HR experience across multiple disciplines
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (CA preferred)
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity a plus)
• Strong communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to balance strategy with execution
