Gott’s Roadside is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Senior Vice President of Finance to join our executive leadership team.


Location: Based in Northern California (hybrid available)

Compensation: $275,000/yr - $325,000/yr plus performance-based bonus


Scope of Role:

Oversee financial operations across 7 restaurant locations in Northern California and 1 in Los Angeles with another opening 2026 in Santa Monica
Build and scale finance infrastructure to support multi-unit expansion
Lead capital planning and partner with founders on long-term strategy
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics to support operational excellence


Experience Required:

Proven leadership in finance roles within hospitality, retail, or multi-unit consumer businesses
Strong acumen in capital strategy, investor relations, and scalable systems
CPA and/or MBA preferred
Experience working with founder-led organizations is a plus
