Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

What You’ll Do:
Manage a high volume of customer service emails with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
Assist with processing, exporting, and printing wine orders
Coordinate closely with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveries
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide thoughtful, effective solutions
Deliver a consistently high level of customer care in a fast-paced environment
Multitask across systems and priorities while maintaining attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:
Strong written communication skills and excellent typing ability
Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office tools
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team-based, fast-moving environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. when needed
Experience with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, GLS, etc.) is a plus, but not required
