JOB SUMMARY
This commission position has endless opportunities for growth working with wineries in Napa Valley and the Greater Bay Area. Our Cooperage produces premium oak barrels for wineries, distilleries & brewers worldwide. The Senior Sales Agent is responsible for establishing new accounts, calling on existing accounts, developing oak programs and managing their relationships at wineries in select areas of the Napa Valley and the Greater Bay Area. This position includes tastings with clients to evaluate barrel ageing, support with marketing campaigns and attending company events.

Requirements
Must be a self-starter and motivated to be successful with knowledge in enology or viticulture. Display strong verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Experience with sensory analysis, or technical wine tasting is required to analyze a wine through the lens of oak impact. Proficient in MS Word and Excel preferred. WSET certification and previous experience in the territory is a plus.
