From daily deal sites to exclusive club experiences, we lead the industry with innovation, integrity, and an obsession for quality. Our team sits at the intersection of tradition and technology, building the future of wine while staying rooted in what makes it special.

Are you a wine enthusiast with a passion for precision and a knack for making data sing? Imagine shaping the digital presence of world-class wines, ensuring every vintage, varietal, and accolade is perfectly presented to a global audience across an array of market leading platforms. If you're ready to blend your love for wine with your expertise in data management, we want to hear from you.

We're not just selling wine online; we're crafting experiences, conveying stories, building brands, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the wine industry. Our rapid growth and diverse portfolio mean an incredible opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team of wine lovers in the heart of Napa Valley.

The Opportunity: Master of Wine Data

As our Product Data Coordinator, you'll be the architect behind our product information, ensuring flawless accuracy and consistency across all digital touchpoints. You'll be instrumental in bringing our wines to life online, from their initial creation to their final release, helping us tell their unique stories to consumers worldwide. You'll collaborate with passionate teams across the organization, directly impacting our digital growth and customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

SKU Origination: Be the starting point for every new wine, creating and managing SKUs with meticulous care and ensuring seamless integration across our systems.
Product Data Management: Own the narrative of our wines by uploading and maintaining rich, detailed product records – from vintage specifics and appellation to unique farming methods and packaging details.
Technical Specifications: Nerd out with the wine data, compiling and inputting critical technical data like alcohol %, pH, farming method, and residual sugar that tell the full story of our wines.
Scores & Press Orchestration: Be the guardian of our accolades! Collect, organize, and strategically update prestigious third-party wine scores, reviews, and press mentions, ensuring our digital platforms always reflect our latest reviews available. This includes actively tracking major publication release schedules.
System Integrity & Optimization: Ensure product information is flawlessly reflected and synchronized across all platforms.
Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Take pride in perfection by performing regular audits to guarantee data integrity, correct any discrepancies, and ensure completeness across every touchpoint.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our visionary winemaking, wine buying team, innovative marketing, diligent compliance, warehouse teams, and efficient operations teams to gather, confirm, and disseminate crucial product data.

What You'll Bring:

2+ years of experience in product coordination, data management, or operations within the wine industry is preferred but not required.
Strong wine knowledge is essential; industry credentials (WSET, CMS, etc.) are highly preferred and will set you apart.
Proven experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or other ERP/product management systems is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a talent for data validation, manipulation, and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess – you're a stickler for accuracy.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities with grace, meet deadlines consistently, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
