Regusci Vineyard Management & Winery has been family owned and operated for five generations. Located in the center of the Stags Leap District, the Regusci family has been farming their 286 acre property with an eye on sustainable agriculture and honoring its rich history. Regusci Vineyard Management, our farming company, manages about 2,000 acres in Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties. Regusci Winery, one of Napa’s original ghost wineries dating back to 1878, produces highly esteemed Bordeaux varietals that are estate grown. Today, the Companies employ over 200 full-time employees.

Regusci Vineyard Management is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual as an intern for the 2026 vintage. This opportunity provides experience working with a variety of farming styles throughout Napa, Sonoma, and Solano County. We are seeking a person with interest in viticulture and vineyard management and loves to be outdoors! Depending on candidate's availability, there is an opportunity to assist in harvest activities which would require working nights and early mornings.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Viticulture Manager, the Vineyard Intern will provide support to the vineyard management team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

•  Pest and disease scouting
•  Collect petiole and leaf blade samples
•  Collect and record phenology data in AgCode
•  Take Leaf Water Potentials
•  Assist with sugar samples and other harvest activities
•  Assist with crop estimates
•  Assist with beneficial insect releases
•  Preform irrigation distribution uniformity tests

•  Stand for long periods
•  Lift and/or move 50 or more pounds
•  Work Full-time, weekdays with occasional weekends.
•  Will require to work outside in all weather conditions and walk on uneven terrain.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of that knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. •  Candidates are required to be at least 21 years old
•  Must have a valid CA driver’s license with a clean DMV record
•  Must be able to operate an ATV on rough terrain for extended periods of time
•  Data management skills and organization, ideally PC computer skills, especially MS Office Suite
•  Takes initiative and is a reliable, adaptable team player for a fast-paced environment
•  Must have initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
•  Must be able to take direction and work independently and manage time efficiently
•  Ability to communicate clearly with fellow employees
