We are seeking a driven Head of Client Relations to lead and grow our direct-to-consumer sales efforts. This role is for a proven wine sales professional who knows how to create demand, build relationships, and close.
Responsibilities
Drive and grow DTC sales through proactive outreach and relationship building
Manufacture sales and develop new client opportunities
Travel and host wine dinners, tastings, and private events
Drive tasting room traffic and conversion
Serve as a brand ambassador in all client-facing settings
Qualifications
Many years of experience in DTC wine sales
Deep wine knowledge and confidence in selling premium wines
Proven ability to create demand—not just manage inbound sales
Self-starter with strong follow-through
Hungry, competitive, and results-driven
Willing and able to travel
