Tasting Room Supervisor, Far Niente Wine Estates

We are seeking a Tasting Room Supervisor to help support all of our estates in the delivery of guest service. This position will provide support at all three winery estates, Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel and Bella Union.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for supporting the hospitality team, overseeing sale approaches, and overall general operations.
Assists in managing the guest experience and the flow of all tours and the tasting room atmosphere ensuring scheduling attentive guest services is provided.
• Provide supervision to the hospitality team, assisting with problem solving and stepping in where needed to ensure guests receive our high level of hospitality.
• Handle customer concerns in a positive, expedient manner and defer to management if additional support is needed.
• Meet and greet VIP customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Ensure the Visitor Center facility is in pristine condition and well maintained.
• Communicates guest, operational, staff and facility-related issues to the management for prompt attention.

You will be qualified for these roles if you meet these requirements:
• Previous experience of 3+ years in winery, hospitality and / or luxury sales.
• Microsoft office / POS systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Full body mobility.
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs.
• Ability to lift to 45 lbs.
