Position Summary: The Distribution & AR Administrator is responsible for providing administration support for distribution and AR functions and serves as the main backup to the Order Fulfillment Processer.

Schedule: Alternative Workweek. Mon-Thurs 9-hour days (office). Fri 4-hour day (Home or Office)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
•  Ensure accurate Contract Bottling and AP customer billing (weekly/monthly) working cross-departmental to coordinate costs for production, pallets, temp labor, bulk storage, wine additions, and freight.
•  Oversee temporary employee request procedure and process weekly invoices and temp labor reporting.
•  Post/Invoice Sales Orders, adding Pallet & Dunnage charges and email customers using Business Central.
•  Audit support, pulling documentation from various resources.
•  Approve and code various invoices.
•  Provide backup order entry for Order fulfillment Processer and check orders for accuracy.
•  Double-checks new item card setup.
•  Participates in annual inventory reconciliation activities.
•  Processes credit memos associated with promotions, programs, samples, displays, POS, etc. to make sure. they are recorded in an accurate and timely fashion.
•  Reconciles, resolves, and cleans up accounts receivable; prepares and distributes collections and aging reports.
•  Processes expense reporting through Concur/Amex.
•  Processes broker and distributor commissions.
•  Actively abide by all HACCP and ISO programs as part of SB compliance.
•  Assist with other distribution and Finance responsibilities as requested and perform special assignments and other duties as required.

Education/Experience/Skills/Attributes:
•  Associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience
•  3+ years of winery experience preferred.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•  Business Central and Continia experience a plus.
•  Ability to handle a demanding workload, tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining productivity and composure under pressure.
•  Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Requirements:
•  Requires ability to use up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 40 pounds of force frequently.
•  Requires ability to walk, stand and sit, sometimes for prolonged periods of time.
•  Requires ability to drive assigned vehicle(s) or personal vehicle, with appropriate state license, following all applicable laws; must provide proof of liability insurance and must be eligible to be insured under SB’s insurance policy.
