Seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to assist at prominent winery here in Napa Valley. This is a part time role with opportunities to increase as we move into the busier season.
Job duties to include:
-Assisting Estate Chef with day to day prep
-Executing various food experiences for our tasting room
-Cheese and charcuterie prep/plating
-Collaborating on upcoming menu ideas/ R&D
Preferred Experience:
-Working in restaurants/wineries but willing to meet and potentially train the right candidate
-Knowledge and understanding of basic cooking, knife and kitchen procedures required
-Current Food Handlers Card
