Job Description:

Failla Wines is seeking interns for our 2026 harvest team. We specialize in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah from the Sonoma Coast, but also make Chenin Blanc, Cabernet, Gamay, Grenache, and more from all over California. We are a small team- you will be exposed to all aspects of harvest and receive a well-rounded experience. If you are joyful, a wine geek, hardworking, and organized, this is an incredible opportunity to work with some of the best vineyards in California. We provide delicious lunch, beer, snacks, and wine!

Duties include, but are not limited to:

•  Cleaning
•  Grape receiving, sorting, processing
•  Cap Management - pigeage, punch downs, pump-overs
•  Barrel prep
•  Digging tanks
•  Press operations
•  Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
***We are happy to train the right beginner, but you must have the following:

•  A genuine passion for cleaning!
•  Desire to comply with all safety requirements
•  Ability to perform the physical labor necessary
•  Good reading, writing, and math skills
•  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
•  Fluent in English or as a second language
•  Reliable transportation, housing and alarm clock
•  Legal to work in US

Working Conditions:

•  Standing for long periods of time (8 hours or more) in all types of weather
•  Exposure to loud and dangerous machinery
•  Irregular hours during peak periods
•  Extensive walking, climbing, being in high spaces, lifting up to 50 pounds
