Benessere Vineyards is a boutique winery located in the heart of Napa Valley, dedicated to crafting expressive wines from Italian varietals. We are seeking a part-time and on-call Sales & Hospitality Associate to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wine, values genuine hospitality, and enjoys creating meaningful connections with guests.

Key Responsibilities
•  Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and engaging hospitality during tastings, tours, and private experiences.
•  Confidently communicate the Benessere story, wines, history, and winemaking philosophy.
•  Drive direct-to-consumer sales through wine club enrollment, tasting room purchases, and thoughtful guest follow-up.
•  Assist with the setup and breakdown of tastings, events, and special appointments.
•  Support daily tasting room operations, including inventory management, restocking, and maintaining a polished, welcoming environment.

Qualifications
•  Previous hospitality experience preferred, restaurant or winery experience a plus.
•  Strong communication skills and a sincere commitment to exceptional guest service.
•  Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
•  Must be 21 years of age or older.
•  Able to lift up to 40 lbs., walk and stand for extended periods.

Schedule & Compensation
•  Part-time position with weekend and occasional holiday availability required.
•  Flexible scheduling, typically 1–3 shifts per week, with the opportunity for additional shifts as the busy season starts.
•  Hourly wage of $23–$27, commensurate with experience, plus tips, wine club commissions, and quarterly sales incentives.
