Estate Summary:
Continuum is a family-owned and operated winery in the Napa Valley. Working as an onsite ambassador and estate representative, this hospitality and events position will play an integral role in our small and dynamic estate team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• As an ambassador and sales representative, this role is responsible for communicating the Continuum vision and story in a gracious and professional way to onsite guests (both consumer and trade). This position will organize and host onsite tastings and building customer relationships.
• Drive DTC visitation and onsite Sales
• Participate in the events surrounding the re-opening of our new hosting space (Spring of 2026).
• Act as support for private event inquiries and event execution. These events may occur at nights and/or on weekends.
Job Qualifications:
We are seeking a passionate, dependable, and self-motivated hospitality professional with sound knowledge of Napa Valley wine and, more generally, the world of fine wine.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Demonstrated passion and dedication to learning about the world of fine wine. Candidates with some formal wine education preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to sell wine.
• Excellent writing and computer skills (word processing, proficient in Excel, email).
• An understanding of the requirements needed to provide a high-touch experience.
• Attention to detail and commitment to learning the estate aesthetic presentation.
• Possess a team mentality and positive attitude with an ability to take the initiative and provide support for all hospitality needs.
Physical Qualifications
• Able to travel by car and operate hospitality vehicles.
• Able to sit at and operate a computer.
• Able to lift standard hospitality supplies (including but not limited to 9L cases of wine).
• Able to walk in vineyards and other uneven surfaces. Able to work in a kitchen with cooking tools.
Other Qualifications (Includes licenses, certificates, age, etc.)
• Valid California driver’s license and be insurable by the company.
• Willing to work 5 days per week (Wednesday - Sunday) and additional time as required.
• Must be 21 years of age

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Rate of $33 - $34/hr + Annual bonus eligibility
