Marketing Coordinator 

The Marketing Coordinator provides exceptional marketing project management and support, as we continue to enhance and elevate the Trefethen brand. Under the leadership of the Marketing Manager, this role partners with internal and external stakeholders to meet the diverse needs of our direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. This position includes both creative and administrative tasks, as well as exposure to all aspects of fine wine marketing, and represents an excellent growth opportunity for the right individual. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

General Marketing Support 
Organize, maintain, and update brand assets including photography, video, and marketing materials. 
Provide graphic design support for events, wine club newsletters and other marketing needs. 
Capture general photography for use in email campaigns, vineyard updates, and social media. 
Manage the brand’s TikTok account and assist with social media content creation, approvals, and event coverage. 
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and consumer reviews across social media platforms, Google, and TripAdvisor. 
Track and document social media mentions and influencer activity to identify engagement opportunities. 

DTC Support 
Assist in coordinating content for club newsletters. 
Support event marketing through asset coordination, signage, and on-site photography. 
Audit and optimize accurate marketing content and imagery for products on website. 
Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms, including the website and email marketing assets. 

Wholesale Support 
Coordinate and maintain organization of trade assets including sell sheets, tasting notes, tech sheets, and shelf talkers. 
Assist in updating and managing the trade & media website with current vintage information and materials. 
Support trade dinner and event asset needs. 
Manage updates to wholesale PowerPoint presentations and coordinate materials for vintage releases. 
Maintain brand presence and accuracy across B2B platforms. 
Coordinate wine submissions in collaboration with the Marketing Manager for critics, competitions, and trade events. 
Maintain a detailed database of wine submissions, results, and accolades. 

Ideal candidates for this position will possess the following: 
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communication preferred 
A minimum of 1-3 years full-time work experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, preferably in the wine industry  
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign and Illustrator) 
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite  
Experience with photography and editing  
Proficient in social media platforms (TikTok, Meta suite) 
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Highly organized with strong project management and analytical skills 
Ability to produce consistent, accurate, and quality work product 
Desire to work hard, keep learning and have FUN!    

Physical Requirements 
Operate a desktop computer using keyboard and mouse, employing repetitive arm and wrist motions 
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers 
Specific vision abilities require close and distance vision 
Sit and/or stand for long periods of time 
Occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds 
Occasionally bend, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch or climb stairs 

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt 

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay scale offered for this position is $28.00-$32.00/hour. This salary range represents what we reasonably expect to pay for this position.  However, the actual pay rate will depend upon job-related factors such as overall qualifications, skills, experience, education, etc. The Company reserves the right to modify the range at any time.
