Join Wine Service Cooperative as a Member Success Coordinator!
Are you passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional service? Wine Service Cooperative (WSC) is seeking a dynamic Member Success Coordinator to join our Member Services team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our member wineries, helping them thrive through seamless logistics and outstanding support.
What You’ll Do:
• Be the trusted partner for assigned member wineries, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met
• Serve as the go-to expert for WSC’s value-added services, always looking for ways to enhance the member experience
• Promptly process orders and communicate any issues with professionalism and care
• Meet regularly with member staff to exceed expectations and strengthen partnerships
• Anticipate member needs and proactively offer solutions (think future club runs and more!)
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers for efficient deliveries
• Ensure the movement of goods is smooth and frictionless
• Take on additional responsibilities to support member success as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or related experience is preferred
• 1–3 years of customer support, shipping, or logistics experience
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and AMS/Fort
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and resolve issues independently
• Self-directed, collaborative, and committed to providing exceptional customer-centric service
